Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy for FY International LLC seller applications · Effective June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to FYERP, including the DigiPassport Amazon SP-API module, operated by FY International LLC. It explains how we collect, use, store, protect, share, and delete data — including Amazon Information and buyer personally identifiable information (PII) — in connection with FYERP and this website.

1. Who we are

FY International LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates FYERP, a public ERP and operations platform for Amazon Selling Partners and multi-platform e-Commerce teams. FYERP connects to Amazon through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). DigiPassport is the Amazon SP-API integration and compliance module within FYERP.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers (a) Amazon Information we process via SP-API on behalf of a Selling Partner who authorizes FYERP, and (b) information collected from visitors to this website. Each FYERP customer is deployed on a dedicated AWS environment (independent application, database, and file storage — not shared multi-tenant).

3. Amazon Information we collect

When a Selling Partner authorizes our application, we may collect Amazon Information through Amazon SP-API only to provide the services requested by that Selling Partner. This may include order information, shipment information, inventory data, product identifiers, reports, and limited buyer PII required for fulfillment, shipping label generation, delivery-exception handling, tax/legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security investigation.

4. How we use Amazon Information

We use Amazon Information solely to provide and improve the authorized seller services: Amazon order management, inventory synchronization, shipping label and tracking workflows, returns and customer-service support, settlement and reconciliation reporting, seller analytics, and the DigiPassport SP-API compliance and product-lifecycle module.

5. How we share Amazon Information

We share Amazon Information only with authorized service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, such as shipping carriers for label creation and delivery, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell, rent, broker, or redistribute Amazon Information. See Section 11 for sub-processors.

6. What we do not do with Amazon Information

  • We do not use buyer PII for marketing, advertising, solicitation, profiling, or audience building.
  • We do not use buyer PII to train, fine-tune, or develop AI/LLM models.
  • We do not sell, rent, broker, or redistribute Amazon Information.
  • We do not combine Amazon Information with other data for unauthorized purposes.

7. Data retention and deletion

Amazon buyer PII is retained only as long as necessary to provide the authorized service and is deleted no later than 30 days after order delivery, unless retention is required for tax, legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or security-investigation purposes. Where retained for those purposes, data is held in encrypted, access-controlled archival storage and deleted when no longer required. When a Selling Partner deauthorizes FYERP or terminates service, associated Amazon Information is deleted from the dedicated environment within 30 days, subject to the same exceptions.

8. Data storage and security

Amazon Information is hosted on dedicated Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments in the United States and protected with controls aligned to the Amazon Data Protection Policy:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Least-privilege, role-based access control with multi-factor authentication (MFA) for administrative access.
  • Per-customer isolation of data and AI processing.
  • Regular patching, suspicious-activity monitoring, and recovery procedures.

Encrypted backup replicas are stored in a geographically separated backup location for disaster recovery. Restore procedures are documented and tested quarterly. Our target RTO is 4 hours and target RPO is 1 hour. Backup access is restricted to authorized IT/security personnel and all backup access is logged.

9. Logging and monitoring

Access, security, and audit logs for systems handling Amazon Information are time-synchronized, access-controlled, protected from tampering, and retained for at least 12 months. Logs exclude buyer PII by default unless PII is required for legal, tax, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or security-investigation purposes. We monitor for suspicious activity.

10. AI and automated processing

Where FYERP uses AI-assisted workflows, buyer PII is redacted before any model/LLM call; models receive only the minimum, de-identified information needed, and buyer PII is never used to train or improve any model. Customers may run AI fully locally (self-hosted), in which case data does not leave their dedicated environment. We do not perform automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

11. Sub-processors and third parties

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting and storage (United States).
  • Shipping carriers — to generate labels and provide tracking.
  • Cloud AI provider — only if the customer enables the optional cloud-AI module under their own API key; buyer PII is redacted beforehand. Customers using local AI have no external AI sub-processor.
  • Subscription billing provider — processes our customers’ subscription payments only; receives no Amazon buyer data.

Website analytics, if enabled, are limited to aggregate, non-PII usage metrics and do not receive Amazon Information.

12. Data subject / Selling Partner requests

Selling Partners and data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal data, subject to legal limits. Contact info@fyinternational.net; we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

13. Security incident response

We maintain an incident-response procedure. If Amazon Information may be affected by a security incident, we will notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection, investigate, take remedial action, and notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

14. Website visitors & contact forms

If you submit a contact or quote form, we use the information you provide (name, email, company, message) solely to respond to your inquiry. This website does not require accounts, host third-party comments, or use non-essential tracking; any analytics are aggregate and non-identifying. Inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request.

15. Contact information

Questions or requests regarding this policy or your data: info@fyinternational.net. We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
